Agreement to These Terms

By accessing cooperandcox.shop or placing an order, a user agrees to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference. If a user does not agree, they should not use the website. Mandatory legal rights available to consumers in Germany continue to apply and take priority where these Terms conflict with non-excludable German or European Union law.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

A person placing an order must have legal capacity to enter a contract and must provide accurate, current and complete information. The website must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity; to transmit malicious code; to interfere with security or operation; to scrape or copy content without permission; or to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We take reasonable care in presenting products, prices and availability. Minor colour, texture, packaging or appearance variations may occur. Measurements may be approximate where stated. Customers must review all available details and ensure suitability before ordering. We may correct errors and update information at any time, but changes will not remove rights arising from an existing contract.

Prices, Taxes and Payment

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected goods, subject to correction of obvious errors before acceptance. Applicable taxes are included or displayed as required. All orders receive free standard delivery under the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Payment must be authorised through an available payment method. The payment provider may carry out verification and fraud checks.

Order Process and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, depending on the communication and circumstances. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restriction or inability to deliver. Amounts taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Customers must provide an accurate deliverable address and should monitor tracking and delivery communications. Risk generally passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a nominated person other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. The policy includes a 30-day voluntary return offer and explains the statutory right of withdrawal and defect remedies. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rights under the German Civil Code, the EGBGB or applicable European Union consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout, graphics, branding, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator of cooperandcox.shop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Reviews and User Content

A user who submits a review, photograph or other content confirms that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing and not misleading, abusive or confidential. The user grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, for business losses arising from consumer use, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control where the law permits. Consumers should use products only for their intended purpose and follow safety and installation instructions.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, threatens security, engages in fraud or unlawful conduct, or misuses the website. Rights and obligations intended to survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions, remain effective.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Before commencing formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter fairly.

Changes and Contact
